The yellow tea "Huang Ya - Yellow Tips" comes from the traditional tea region of Yunnan, China.
Only the finest tea leaves and buds are harvested. They are traditionally dried in a wok and then left to cool for a few hours wrapped in linen cloths. Since this happens repeatedly in a 3-day process, the production of "Huang Ya" is very complex. This makes yellow tea a rarity, accounting for only 1% of the entire global tea market.
Through careful processing, the fine Huang Ya is given time to develop a soft flavor with sweet undertones.
If green tea often contains too much tannic acid, then this infusion will of light golden color.
Simply pour and enjoy!
soft, tender, sweet, nutty, spicy
